About Us

We are only making pastry for weekend markets and marked online purchases as out of stock.  It consumes too much production time during the week that impacts production.

 Please Note: for delivery orders a  $10.00 charge will be added at the end of the checkout.   We encourage people to pick up orders at the Waukesha market on Saturdays rather than delivery service.

There is a 20.00 minimum for online orders. 

Our licensed kitchen permit zoning does not allow on site retail sales .  Our products are made as ordered either by emailing your request to Mike@bayviewbread.com  or place an online order and schedule a delivery or pick up at a  market.
